Former Senior BancVue Trainers Announce Formation of Sales Team Services, LLC

Las Vegas, NVNov 08, 2009 – Steve Jungersen and Michael Miller, former senior trainers with BancVue, Ltd, are pleased to announce the formation of Sales Team Services, LLC.  Both Mr. Jungersen and Mr. Miller offer extensive experience in sales, customer service, consulting, and training.  While working with community banks and credit unions around the US over the last few years, they saw that many of these financial institutions realized that their employees would benefit from sales and customer service training but found it difficult to justify the high prices that were being charged for this training.  

Sales Team Services was formed to deliver high quality sales and customer service training and consulting at a price point that is much more cost effective than what is currently available.

No-Sell Selling
The centerpiece of Sales Team Services’ programs is our own innovative “No-Sell Selling” training program.  "No-Sell Selling" teaches a very low-key, consultative sales technique that has proven to very effective.  This program is especially effective with those employees who do not consider themselves sales people but have found themselves in a sales oriented position.  It also gives a fresh perspective to the more experienced sales person.  This unique training method gives them the skills needed to move them from being “order takers” to “order makers”.

Mystery Shopping
We realize that one size does not fit all so we customize all of our training programs to the needs of the client.  We use our mystery shopping program before training to be sure we meet the unique needs of each client.  We then use mystery shopping after training to verify that the lessons learned are being applied in everyday situations.
